ハンティング スキニング (S)

That 2.4 mm thick blade kept its rigidity on a damp deer hide without wobbling once, and the long curved edge made the initial cuts along the belly feel almost effortless. I'm genuinely impressed with how cleanly it separated the membrane from the meat.

The curved edge held its line through a whole deer without me having to stop and sharpen, which surprised me for the price. Clean, even cuts the whole way, and that stiff blade gave me real control on the tricky bits around the joints.

That curved edge held up through two full deer this weekend, and the stiff blade made those long precise cuts feel almost effortless. The 2.4 mm thickness is just right—not flimsy, not clumsy. Cleanest skinning job I've done in years.
