Finally got around to breaking it in on a deer hindquarter and the flex in that curved blade made following the bone ridiculously easy. Kept the meat clean with almost no shredding, exactly what I hoped for.

The 1.85 mm thickness gives it just enough rigidity without feeling clunky, and the curve follows the bone line so cleanly that I barely had to saw at all. Trimmed a whole shoulder in under twenty minutes and lost almost nothing to waste.

Flexible blade is a game changer for getting around joints without hacking up the meat, and that 1.85 mm thickness keeps it nimble without feeling flimsy. Cleaned a whole deer in under an hour with minimal waste, exactly what I was hoping for.
